As the name suggests, this personalized training is designed exclusively for you, bringing the fitness experience directly to your doorstep. I come to your home, have a chat about you, your aspirations and desires, and collaboratively determine the most effective path to realize your Dream Self with my guidance! I will provide all the equipment necessary although we can also utilise any equipment you might already have as well. I can work with you in any sized area, I have even trained in just a hallway! Mobile Training Pricing: • Each session is priced at $80 for locations within a 15km radius of Parkwood. For greater distances, a supplementary travel fee will apply. Each package includes a personalised workout session curated exclusively for you. With a session duration of 45 minutes, covering warm-up and stretching. I create your program and consistently refine it to ensure you're continuously advancing. For your convenience, I've developed a dedicated personal training app. Here, you'll find not only your workout routines but also additional tools to support your journey. Nutrition goals and habit tracking are integrated to elevate your holistic transformation. The app also features a Progress Tracking section, enabling you to measure your accomplishments through weigh-ins and empowering before & after photos. I'm here to keep you accountable, providing the motivation you need to stay on track. However, my approach extends beyond the physical aspect. I'm committed to nurturing your mindset as well.
